Those the gist of it. But also know there are operational challenges to saddle hunting in conventional hunting apparel. High collars can block visibility. Pockets can be inaccessible. Knees get scuffed and sore from rough tree bark. And the cut of most jackets and bottoms is just wrong for this active pursuit.

Internally, you'll appreciate the warm diamond-shaped polar fleece. The geometric patterning helps maintain loft and reduce pilling by keeping the fleece in place. Moreover, it boosts the fabric's warming capacity and eliminates the noticeable "droop" in linings that aren't similarly secured.
Specific to saddle hunting, the Saddle Hunter Pro Jacket includes a tapered collar with three-inch high back.
