Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is critical in driving MarketTime's expansion into new vertical markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and opening doors for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Prospecting
– Identify and analyze potential vertical markets for MarketTime's order writing software platform and payment solutions.
– Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, outbound outreach, and networking.
Lead Generation & Qualification
– Engage with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, trade shows and other channels to introduce MarketTime's solutions.
– Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and readiness to engage.
Collaboration
– Work closely with Growth Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for new verticals.
– Partner with Sales to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure smooth transitions.
Performance Tracking
– Use Hubspot to manage leads, track activities, and report on KPIs.
– Provide feedback on market trends and campaign effectiveness to inform strategy.

Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or marketing (Wholesale, B2B, SaaS experience preferred).
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to research and understand new industries quickly.
Familiarity with Hubspot.
Mindset: Self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
