RAPID CITY, SD (September 13, 2022) – The Nebraska Game & Parks Commission sponsored a Tree Stand Safety Instructor Class in Lincoln, NE. Volunteer hunter ed and bowhunter ed instructors participated in a half day of classroom training and a half day of in-the-field training on June 11, 2022. The outdoor training involves all types of elevated stands. In addition to classroom materials which include a curriculum notebook, tree stand safety video and a copy of the Today’s 3-in-1 Responsibility booklet, participants receive a certificate, patch and letter of appreciation.
