Happy After SHOT Show, everyone!

I hope your trade show season is going well. Wendy and I had the chance to visit the Dallas Safari Club this year, but I missed the SHOT Show due to being on a hunt in Mexico. That story is in this issue, and there will be a video of the hunt in the next issue of The Hunting Wire.

As we continue Trade Show Season, it's exciting to see so many new and innovative products make their way to consumers across the globe. Speaking of recently, I finally got my hands on on Ruger's new GEN II American chambered in 223, and I'll take that to the field here shortly chasing predators in my home state of Virginia.

Public service announcement for fellow married hunters - Valentine's Day is right around the corner. Do you know what comes after that? Yes - it's turkey season! Talk about true love!

The Pinsky house is excited for this year's gobbler potential. Will this be the year Wendy finally knocks down her first bird? I think so.
