The U.S. Supreme Court recently issued a landmark decision in the NRA-backed New York State Rifle & Pistol Association (NYSRPA) v. Bruen. NYSRPA President Tom King spoke with America’s 1st Freedom Editor in Chief Frank Miniter about the path forward in our post-Bruen struggle for freedom.

“There is no way we could have kept up this case without the NRA,” says King. “The NRA’s expert legal team and its funds, thanks to its large and freedom-loving membership, kept this case going. We didn’t know the U.S. Supreme Court would eventually hear this case; we just knew we had a good case, as citizens’ constitutional rights were being taken away.”
