Sparta, Wisconsin - Team Mathews is proud to announce that Team Shooter Sawyer Sullivan took home Gold in the 2023 Easton Foundations Gator Cup located in Newberry, Florida.

Sullivan produced an outstanding performance on the first day of the event by chalking up a total score of 706 in the Qualification round, leaving him only three points shy of the top qualifying score. After battling through the Elimination rounds, Sullivan found himself competing for Gold in the Finals where he successfully claimed 1st place in the Compound Senior Men’s division.

“An awesome event for Team Mathews at the Gator Cup in Newberry, Florida,” said Mathews Pro Staff Manager, Derek Phillips. “We’re ecstatic to see Sullivan win the Compound Senior Men’s division with the Mathews TRX40 in hand and look forward to seeing what the rest of the season holds for him”.
