DES MOINES, Iowa - Piggybacking on the technology of their cutting edge duck load Black Cloud, Federal Premium® Ammunition has introduced Prairie Storm™ as their new specialized pheasant load. Hunters and conservationists can get their first look and learn about Prairie Storm at Pheasants Forever’s National Pheasant Fest 2010, which runs February 26-28 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.
The evolution of Federal Premium’s and Pheasants Forever’s conservation partnership, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each box of Prairie Storm will go directly to Pheasants Forever’s wildlife habitat conservation efforts. Attendees at the National Pheasant Fest Banquet on Saturday, February 27, will also have the chance during the live auction to purchase the very first case of Prairie Storm that comes off the production line this summer.
