SAN ANTONIO, Texas — The Texas Deer Association (TDA) proudly announces it is including free subscription service to The Hunting Wire for all of its members. The only on-line wire service solely dedicated to hunting, The Hunting Wire (TheHuntingWire.com) delivers official press releases from hunting equipment manufacturers and hunting-based businesses and organizations.
“We’ve always helped our members become better informed hunters and managers, and The Hunting Wire service provides a means for our members to stay up-to-date on hunting and wildlife management news and information,” says Karl Kinsel, executive director of the Texas Deer Association. “We’re very pleased to include The Hunting Wire as one of the many benefits of TDA membership.”
The TDA is the only non-profit organization solely dedicated to improving the quality of Texas deer herds through improved habitat, modern harvest strategies and genetic improvement. As a part of its public education efforts, the TDA publishes a full-color bimonthly magazine, Tracks, which updates TDA members on current legislative news, deer genetic improvements and game management issues. The TDA also hosts an annual convention and trade show featuring a live deer sales, auction, golf tournament and other events.
